Babylyn Subiaga:
(Far right of photo)
Babylyn Subiaga was born to be a
nanny. She babysat her way through high school and says being
around children energizes her and makes her happy.
In addition to her working experience, she has a six month Caregiver
course which included Red Cross and CPR training. The photo
above shows Babylyn teaching small children as part of that course.
Babylyn is currently working for a family in Hong Kong looking after
two children. She takes the children to school and cooks all
of the family's meals. She also does the laundry, housework
and grocery shopping.
Before moving to Hong Kong Babylyn worked for Ronalyn Capagal in the
Philippines. We contacted Ronalyn on May 20, 2008 to ask
about Babylyn's performance as her nanny.
Quote 1:
"Babylyn is funny and she is hard-working. We used to talk
about our lives together. We had a good friendship.
We would go shopping together and she always attended our
family outings at the beach. She really bonded with my family
members."
Quote 2:
"My son loves Babylyn.
My boy was so contented with her even when I would leave for
work. He was five years old when she started and they
established a good relationship. He felt secure with her even when I
was not around.
Ronalyn says she would be happy to accept phone calls from Canadian
families. We will provide that phone number upon request.
Babylyn is single and does not have any children of her own.
She describes herself as fun-loving and enjoys reading books
and listening to music in her spare time.
She would be perfect nanny for a parent who enjoys company on
shopping trips and family outings. Babylyn is cheerful and
likes to be an active part of family life.
She is willing to work in any Canadian province.
