Live In Nanny Services Fees in Toronto, Ontario, Vancouver and Alberta

As of April 1, 2010 it is mandatory for Canadian employers to bear the full cost of recruiting a nanny from overseas. In addition to the fees listed below, employers will be required to provide their nannies with air tickets to Canada.

We do not charge an up-front fee for access to our nannies.

You may conduct telephone interviews with as many as you like without obligation.

Your initial payment is non-refundable once we have applied for a Labour Market Opinion and filed the necessary papers on your behalf.

REGULAR PLACEMENT FEE

Our nanny placement services fee for overseas nannies is $2500

The first payment of $1250 is due when you extend a job offer to one of our nannies and before we start processing your papers with Service Canada.

The second payment of $1250 is due after your nanny's visa has been issued but prior to her arrival in Canada.

PLACEMENT FEE + ADVERTISING

Our nanny placement services fee plus advertising is $2500 + $400

Canadian employers are required to advertise on Service Canada's National Job bank for a minimum of two weeks before being allowed to sponsor a nanny from overseas. We can do this for you.

The first payment of $1650 ($1250 placement fee, $400 advertising fee) is due when you extend a job offer to one of our nannies OR ask us to start advertising on your behalf - whichever comes first.

The second payment of $1250 is due after your nanny's visa has been issued but prior to her arrival in Canada.

PLACEMENT FEE FOR NANNIES ALREADY IN CANADA

Our nanny placement services fee for local nannies is $2900
That amount is due in full when you offer a job to one of our local nannies.

If you want us to conduct the required Service Canada job advertisement on your behalf you will be charged an additional fee of C$400.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

You never have to leave the comfort of your home. You can pay by:

PAYPAL: We will send a PayPal invoice to your e-mail account. When
you open the invoice, simply click the PayPal icon to pay using your bank account or credit card. PayPal will automatically generate a receipt for you stating you have made a payment to Canada's Best Nannies.

CREDIT CARD: Once we have sent you a bill via e-mail, you may pay using Visa, MasterCard or American Express via the secure link below. A receipt for your payment will be automatically generated.
