If things do not work out within three months of the nanny’s first day of work you may:

• Opt for a 100% refund of the placement fee
OR
• Hire another of our nannies free of charge.

We are happy to receive payments through PayPal.

Our Nanny Placement Services Fee

We do not charge an up-front fee for access to our nannies. You may conduct telephone interviews with as many as you like without obligation.

Our nanny placement services fee for overseas nannies is $1500 + GST ($75)

The first payment of $750 + GST is due when you extend a job offer to one of our nannies.  

The second payment of $750 + GST  is due the day your nanny arrives.


Our nanny placement services fee for nannies already in Canada is $1900 + GST ($95)

Payment is due in full when you sign the contract.


PAYMENT OPTIONS

You never have to leave the comfort of your home.  You can pay by:

PAYPAL: We will send a PayPal invoice to your e-mail account. When
you open the invoice, simply click the PayPal icon to pay using your bank account or credit card. PayPal will automatically generate a receipt for you stating you have made a payment to Canada's Best Nannies.

ON-LINE TRANSFER: You can transfer your payment directly into our
RBC account. We will issue you an e-mail receipt.

CHEQUE: We will send a courier to your house to collect a cheque. We will issue you a receipt in the mail or via e-mail. Whichever you prefer.
